Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy
– Can I exchange the product?
A. You have 14 days to exchange the product.
– How do I exchange my product?
A. Click here to initiate a return. Make sure you keep the original product tag handy at the time of return.
– Will I get money back?
A. Kirgo shall provide a 100% refund if the product (i) loses shape, (ii) loses colour, and/or (iii) tears; within 30 days of purchase.
- A flat ₹100 shipping charge will be deducted from the total amount in case of returns.
- In case of any returns, refunds or cancellations shipping charges will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded
– How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
A. 5-6 working days upon approval from the Kirgo team, the refund shall be initiated to the source account.
– The Return Procedure:
- Click here to initiate a return. Provide us with your email address and the order ID.
- Please share a picture of the damaged garment for which you are requesting a refund.
- Please return the product(s) to the original source of purchase
- Kindly share the tags & the products in its original condition at the time of collection with the original packaging
- Upon completion of the above, Kirgo shall initiate the verification process.
- While Kirgo believes in putting the customer’s needs first, it might be possible that, under some circumstances, if the return criteria is not satisfactorily met then the return can be put on hold until further clarifications.
- Upon approval from the Kirgo team, the refund shall be initiated to the source account within 5-6 working days of approval.
– What does the exchange policy not cover ?
A. The exchange is not applicable to (i) tears, rips or snags caused by external objects, (ii) damage caused due to chlorine, heat, gas, bleach or any liquid about 50°C, and/or (iii) products purchased from market places / platforms, unauthorized retailers and/or third party resellers. unauthorized dealers.
