A. Collection of Your Personal Information
Collection of Personal Information: We define “Personal information” as any information, either on its own or in combination with other information, that can be used to readily identify or contact you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or information required for initiating refunds/exchanges of Kirgo Products. When you create an account, we collect user data such as name, email ID, etc., with your permission, to enhance customer satisfaction and meet your needs. The specific personal information we collect from you may vary depending on your interaction with the Company.
Collection of Automatic Information, Use of Cookies, and Other Tracking Devices: We and our third-party service providers, including ad networks, use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to gather information about your usage of Kirgo. This includes your browser type, internet service provider, operating system, domain name, access time, the URL of the previous website you visited, page views, IP address, and device type. We also track your frequency of visits to Kirgo. We utilize this information, along with data collected by our third-party service providers, for website analytics, determining popular and disliked sections of Kirgo, relevant advertising (both on and off Kirgo), evaluating the success of advertising campaigns, and other purposes outlined in this Policy. Currently, we do not comply with browser requests to not be tracked.
We may obtain your device ID, which is sent to our servers and used in fraud prevention measures.
Cookies: We and our third-party service providers collect information using cookies. A cookie is a small file stored on your computer’s hard drive that contains information about you. Cookies help us analyze web traffic and inform you about your usage of a particular website. They allow web applications to tailor their operations to your individual needs, preferences, likes, and dislikes by gathering and remembering information. When you visit Kirgo, we may send one or more cookies (i.e., a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters) to your computer to identify your browser.
Some of these cookies may be associated with third-party companies or websites. The usage of such cookies is governed by this Policy and the privacy policy of the respective third-party company or website. For instance, Google uses cookies to measure the performance of advertisements. If you visit Kirgo with these cookies on your computer, both we and Google can identify that you saw the Google-delivered ad. The terms of use for these cookies are governed by this Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Disabling Cookies: You have the option to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. However, disabling cookies may prevent you from fully utilizing Kirgo since its functionality may be impaired without the ability to accept cookies.
Clear GIFs, Pixel Tags, and Other Technologies: Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with unique identifiers, similar in function to cookies. Unlike cookies, which are stored on your computer’s hard drive, clear GIFs are embedded invisibly on web pages. We may use clear GIFs (also known as web beacons, web bugs, or pixel tags) in connection with Kirgo to track visitor activities, manage content, and compile statistics about Kirgo usage. We and our third-party service providers also use clear GIFs in HTML emails to track email response rates, identify when our emails are viewed, and determine whether our emails are forwarded.
